This was my second time staying with Rose while I was attending an event in the CTICC. I love the walking routes along the canals. Super handy for getting to The Waterfront. The apartment is great, nicely decorated and has everything you need for cooking etc. Rose is a fabulous host! Will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the V&A Waterfront and town, which made getting around super convenient.

A highly recommended flat in Water Front. A beautiful, little walk to the mall, restaurants and cafe. The unit was spotless, quiet and offered all the amenities we needed during a weekend stay. Convenient to have a washing machine if travelling light. Appreciated a comfortable bed and thoughtful small touches. Rose was very proactive and made sure we had all the necessary information during our stay. Would stay again in the future.

We had a great stay at Rose’s apartment. Really clear and quick communication from the host that was able to help us find and access the property really easily. Any questions we had were also answered very quickly and were always helpful. The flat itself was clean, spacious and had all the amenities. The location is excellent. About 15 min walk to the waterfront with lots of nice cafes and restaurants along the way. We would definitely recommend and will stay there again when we’re back in Cape Town.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr hell und hat einen schönen Ausblick auf den Kanal. Das Bett ist groß und sehr bequem. Wir haben hier super gut geschlafen. Der Pool hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Generell war die Gegend auch sehr sicher. Die Kommunikation mit Rosie hat sehr gut geklappt.

This place is gold! And so is Rose! The apartment is so close to the V&A Waterfront (20 min walk/canal barge or 3 minute drive), and to the town centre. That's a game changer for restaurants/shops/bars/cruises etc. The block is safe, has a lovely restaurant downstairs, and the apartment was so clean and comfortable. Nice balcony views down to the canals below. Rose is an excellent host - she was very responsive and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. I've been to Cape Town many times and this was one of the best places I've stayed.

Rose was a fantastic host, flexible and communicative and friendly, who went out of her way to assist. But the place needed nothing to add since it is as described: all on one floor, perfect security access (no key required, just a code), and 2 car spaces that lead directly to a lift (for shopping and we had a baby with pram etc). The place was all on one floor, cool breeze, A/C if required, everything spotless and new, and a few blocks walk from everything we needed: the beach, shops, restaurants. Thank you, again, Rose
